We carry out reliable roll calls before and after work. After confirming alcohol checks, daily inspections, and other required items, staff recite the monthly safety goals and service guidelines before departing with a renewed sense of responsibility. At overnight destinations, we also conduct IT-based roll calls using video calls and alcohol detectors linked to a roll-call app.

We provide regular education and training for all employees. Training sessions are held three times a year, in March, August, and December. We also conduct meetings using drive recorder footage once every three months. Through these programs, drivers learn safe driving techniques, traffic rules, and how to respond when accidents or trouble occur, while continuously improving both driving skills and safety awareness.
We participate once a year in the standard life-saving training course hosted by the Kanazawa City Fire Department. This helps us respond calmly and appropriately in the event of a customer’s sudden illness.
The good health of our drivers is extremely important for safe operations.
