Cancellation Policy

In order to provide smooth dispatch services, the Taxi Division of YUHUB Co., Ltd. applies the following cancellation charges for reservation cancellations.

Article 1 (Cancellation Charges)

More than 48 hours before the dispatch time: Free of charge
From 48 hours to 24 hours before the dispatch time: 50% of the scheduled service fee
Within 24 hours of the dispatch time: 100% of the scheduled service fee

Article 2 (Dispatch Time)

“Dispatch time” under this policy refers to the scheduled pickup time confirmed by our company at the time of reservation.

Article 3 (How to Cancel)

If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using our designated method.

Article 4 (Reduction or Waiver of Cancellation Charges)

In cases of natural disasters, calamities, traffic conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances, or if we are unable to dispatch a vehicle due to our own reasons, cancellation charges may be reduced or waived at our discretion.

Article 5 (Other Matters)

Matters not stipulated in this policy shall be governed by applicable laws and other rules established by our company.
